The Galaxy is a 50-watt channel-switching tube amp, designed to deliver more clean tone and more tube overdrive than any Supro ever made. The Supro 1777 Galaxy 4x12 Extension cabinet uses an oversized, “half-back” design with a partially open, angled top section sitting above an isolated, closed-back bottom.
The Supro 1797 1x12 Galaxy Extension cabinet is designed to serve as an ideal match for the Galaxy head or combo and uses a partially open-back design that is directly based on the dimensions of Jimmy Page’s late-50’s modified Supro Coronado.

@horrorview replies to @jeffbobinski6511: Don't let the demo sway you. It's a fantastic amp. When they say it's "Dumble-esque" in the literature, it actually is in that you can tweak this thing for hours and find all sorts of awesome tones (like my Dumble clone). I love mine, and everyone who's tried it has been really impressed. Plus they can be had pretty inexpensively now as Supro was sold to D'Angelico and ceased production on this and a bunch of other non-core amps.

You know the Amps they make that have the most accurate Page type tones are the ones with a big hole in the back. If you look at the SunDragon as I played #30 of 50 Page signed, I’ll say this, if you put a Jensen in this Amp, it likely would sound quite similar. Are those 6V6 tubes?

When I first got out of box I was like what? Then dialed in the tones WOW. I LOVE THIS AMP. Chk out my band Hippie Life next record it's gonna be all over it. (not sure about valves I havent read it yet dove right in) THANKS FOR YOUR VIDEO!
