This video shows an appalling example of bad audio - a Facebook promotion by the UK government on Brexit (the UK's withdrawal from the European Union). The level is extremely low, there are compression artefacts, echoes, intermittent noise, and a dull frequency balance. So what can be done about this? Well nothing now, but the video considers how the problems might have been anticipated.
And all of this came at considerable cost to the UK taxpayer!
