The Open University makes extensive use of audio in a broad range of genres and modes of delivery, including online. The Open University is seeking an audio producer who has at least three year's experience ideally in location and studio-based audio production.
You will preferably have a broad range of experience from the production and delivery of traditional products and genres, to online (MP3 and Podcasting). You will have a proven track record of delivering consistently high quality products where you have made significant creative production contributions.
A thorough grounding in the technical requirements of sound capture and editing is essential. You must be a confident user of state-of-the-art digital sound capture and editing equipment.
