@davidminnesota4050: My money is on Phil living in California, probably near a fault-line. 😐
@glennlove461: phils got it: ha ha har har
@Arfonfree: I think Audio Phil is a CGI of Phil. Ĉu vere? Which would explain why Phil was so literal. And I suppose THAT is the real joke.
@atoptip6193: But if “cross” means “multiply,” you can of course cross a vector and a scalar.
@AudioMasterclass replies to @atoptip6193: This would be a very deep rabbit hole but if you have time on your hands you might look up 'cross product' and 'dot product'. Good luck.
@atoptip6193 replies to @atoptip6193: Yes, I already did, after I wrote the above, and got reminded of vector crossing. But after a short twirl around the rabbit hole, I left, without falling in! @@AudioMasterclass
@AudioMasterclass replies to @atoptip6193: You are wise indeed.
@PapaNicksMusic: The humor works on so many levels! Very nicely done!
@msingh1932: Love these knowledgeable ladies. Makes it much easier to suffer the other guy who doesn't seem to understand, you can't analyze a joke...Happy New Year
@JericTamayo replies to @msingh1932: Loll you can't analyze a joke😂😂
@andymouse: Happy New Year !
@AudioMasterclass replies to @andymouse: Same to you. Stay happy.
@rudyreyes848: Ha, ha
@ivanpedrero1455: LOL!!
Have an excellent 2024!!
Best regards from Chile!!
@fernandofonseca3354: Sheldon Cooper please come back, you are forgiven!!!
@RyanBissell: If you explain the joke, Audio Phil, then you kill the joke.
@enterprisesoftwarearchitect: Score! Good job, Phil! Ice Vector Algebra knowledge… you could have been an electrical engineer.
@shipsahoy1793: Dave, Happy New Year! That was funny, but, from a retired Engineer perspective, I'd be willing to bet that only a small segment of the population would actually be able to truly appreciate this. This is one of those cases where it would be nice to be wrong. A thorough understanding of complex numbers may do it, dot and cross products notwithstanding, but who knows😂
@enterprisesoftwarearchitect replies to @shipsahoy1793: I was impressed an audio engineer knew this … but filter design is actually full of complex analysis.
@shipsahoy1793 replies to @shipsahoy1793: @@enterprisesoftwarearchitect Actually, I wasn't. Dave seems like an intelligent guy based on the videos that I've seen from him, so I would've expected he would know mathematics relevant to electrical concepts. Since he mentions dot and cross products for vectors,
I'm assuming that he's studied, or is well read on basic electromagnetics.
@davidminnesota4050 replies to @shipsahoy1793: You might be surprised, we un-washed often get it, although sometimes we don't care or don't have the time. That said I do have time for David's rants and audio explanations....although I recently heard an argument for a $700 power-cord and .... well never mind. Cheers to all for a happy 2024.
@carlosquijano2827: This laugh sounds like hens 🐔 ….😂
@verdedoodleduck: Of course Phil doesn't want any part of the matrix. Quite good puns, thank you! Happy New Year!
@theundertaker5963: Har har indeed!
@billsmith5166: That laugh didn't seem genuine.
@thetraveller1246: Earned a sub from me 👍
@colindeer9657: Nice to see Betty and Debbie again. And Happy New Year !
@Douglas_Blake_579: Audio Phil seriously needs to get that stick pulled out of his butt.
@ac81017: HAPPY NEW YEAR from Sweden :-)
@AudioMasterclass replies to @ac81017: Same to you!
@tonyrapa-tonyrapa: Audio Phil is a party pooper!
@1974UTuber: Happy New Year. Looking forward to more Audio tips, tricks and tom foolery in 2024
@avasolaris1: nice.
@Chiefelgin: Happy new year!!
@AudioMasterclass replies to @Chiefelgin: Same to you!
