Q: What equipment do I need to set up a home recording studio?

What basic equipment should I buy to set up a home studio and as well for industry or for a business? Please I need a list for both

The good news is that equipment that is suitable for a home studio is also suitable for professional use. Home studio equipment is capable of sound quality that is fully up to pro standards. Watch out however for software that promises to make it 'easy' to create music... You'll probably end up sounding pretty much like everyone else who has the same software.

Pro equipment and software gives you a 'blank canvas' to work on, so that the only limits to your achievements are your knowledge, skills and experience.

We have prepared a guide called Equipping Your Home Recording Studio. It's a 'must read' for anyone interested in recording.

And you can get it free!

Just enter your name and email into any of the green or red signup forms dotted around the Audio Masterclass website and you can download instantly.
