Blocc Digital Signal Processing has released SimpleGate in PC VST plug-in format. SimpleGate is a very easy to use, and efficient digital noise gate.

The envelope generation of the gate models analog equipment curves and is tuned to follow the signal energy.

SimpleGate features:

  • VST 2.3 plug-in for Windows
  • Low CPU usage
  • Double precision internal processing (52-bit accuracy)
  • Analog modelled envelope generation
  • Option to decouple stereo channels
  • Includes presets as starting points

SimpleGate can be purchased for Euro 15.00. A demo version is available, but does not allow saving of presets or automation.
