Slayer guitarist, Kerry King, has received his own Kerry King Signature Series EMG pickups.

The new EMG-KFK boxed set features an EMG-81 for the bridge position and an EMG-85 for the neck. These in turn are wired up to one of the company's PA2 preamps, which provides up to 20dB of gain at the flick of a toggle switch. According to EMG, the PA2 is perfect for those wanting to overdrive the input stage of their amp for maximum distortion.

The package also includes two of EMG's Quik-Connect cables, two 25k split shaft controls for volume/tone, screws, and springs. There is also a removable Kerry King card on the box and 1 EMG / Kerry King signature collectable guitar pick.
