New EchoTAP Delay Pedal from DLS Effects
June 2, 2004
DLS Effects has introduced it's new EchoTAP dual delay effect. This delay includes a TAP Tempo echo plus a panel settable echo that the musician can switch between on the fly. The TONE control gives the musician the power to shape the echoes from crystal clear replications to spacey echoes like the older tape echo units. It also includes 2 independent Echo Volume controls and an Echo Repeat control. The EchoTAP has two inputs and two outputs for use in stereo in/out, mono in/stereo out, or mono in/mono out (all Inputs and outputs utilize True Bypass switching).
The EchoTAP was designed to be highly road worthy by using a heavy gage steel enclosure, steel pots, steel switches, steel jacks, and powder coating for durability. The dimensions are 4.9"D x 5.5"W x 2.4"H. It operates on 9vdc (transformer included) and is NOT polarity sensitive which means the user can use their pedal board supply and not have to worry about polarity.
